Information handled by this website
This website has no registration, payment, live chat or file-upload feature. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you provide, together with confirmation that you accepted the form’s privacy notice.
The homepage’s 3D scene responds to pointer movement and screen dimensions locally in your browser. The page code does not transmit these interactions to HETC.
Technical Information and Privacy
This website uses cloud hosting infrastructure and external content delivery networks (CDNs) to load graphics and interactive libraries. When accessing the website, your browser may transmit technical connection data (such as your IP address and browser details) to our infrastructure providers solely to ensure smooth content delivery and server security. The processing of this data is governed by these providers’ security and privacy policies.
Contact messages
The contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to HETC’s mailbox through an authenticated email service. We use this information to review your inquiry and respond. Your email address is included as the reply address so that HETC can reply directly to you.
Messages are stored in HETC’s mailbox rather than a website user database. Our email infrastructure providers process messages to deliver and maintain the email service. Do not include passwords, payment details, identification documents or sensitive medical information.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The contact form uses a necessary first-party session cookie and a temporary security token to help prevent forged submissions. To limit repeated submissions, the server records submission-attempt times and a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address. This rate-limit record does not contain the raw IP address or message content.
The website code does not use advertising pixels, audience analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage. See our Cookies & Storage notice for details.
Use and sharing
We use contact information to handle inquiries and technical information to operate and protect the website. The website does not implement the sale of personal information or advertising profiles. Hosting, content-delivery and email infrastructure providers process information needed to provide their services.
Retention
Contact messages remain in HETC’s mailbox until deleted. No fixed mailbox retention period is specified in this notice. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods governed by their policies.
Rate-limit entries older than one hour are removed when the rate-limit file is next processed. The contact-form security cookie is a session cookie; its lifetime depends on your browser’s session handling, including session restoration settings.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can control cookies and network requests through your browser settings. Blocking the necessary contact-form cookie prevents form submission. Blocking external graphics resources may disable the 3D scene while leaving the page’s text available.
Use the Contact page and select “Privacy request” to ask about your information or request deletion of contact messages. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and any records that must be retained.

Separate notices will describe the actual data handling of future accounts, purchases, downloads and application services. This notice will be updated when the website’s practices change.
